  eBay Giving Works logo     Greyhound Friends of NC is now part of the eBay Giving Works program. So, you can support our mission when you buy and sell on eBay. Here’s how:
 BUY – You can find whatever you’re looking for on eBay – from baseball cards to new cars and more. 
When you do, shop for items that benefit us.  You can get a great deal and support GFNC at the same time!

SELL – You can also support GFNC when you sell on eBay.  EBay sellers are encouraged to designate a percentage of their proceeds to a nonprofit certified by MissionFish each and every time they list an item for sale.  Participating sellers are rewarded for their generosity with special eBay Giving Works features that help them get more bids and higher sale prices.  The nonprofit received recognition in the listing and benefits from the seller’s success. MissionFish and eBay do the heavy lifting – collect and distribute the donation, issue tax receipts and keep everyone informed along the way.

Consider another way to support Greyhound Friends through eBay Giving Works a new source of unrestricted funding – the eBay Community.  We are registered in their nonprofit database, where buyers and sellers can find us by name, cause (Environment and Animal Protection), or location complete with a banner page describing our organization.  If you are not ready to buy or sell, you can support GFNC through a Donate Now Program.  Donations are monitored by MissionFish and will come direct to GFNC.  Also, GFNC can sell our own organization’s products and turn it into cash.

Kennel Wish List: New & Moderately Used blankets (always needed-no velour or fleece throws for safety sake, please),  The hounds have been shredding the blankets and have caused intestinal blockage to one of the so please change remember that warning when you are so kind in your purchasing of blankets for the kennel. 
Garbage bags, washing detergents powder/low suds & liquid, Clorox, Odo-Ban (carried by Sam's Club), Pine-Sol, toilet Tissue, Paper Towels,  Ink cartridges HP #28 or #57 & #27 or #56.

 Used Crates for Resale and Foster Home Use, Plastic Lawn Chairs, Bottled Water, Soda and Snacks for volunteers, Hand Soap and Dish Detergent and monetary donations.

You can also still donate your old cell phones.
Mail or bring out to the kennel.

LICENSE PLATE

In order to complete the requirements for Greyhound Adoption License Plate, we
have  to sell 300.  Click on the Link to Print and Complete the License Plate Application. 
 

You can now have a Greyhound Adoption License Plate from the State of North Carolina.
Help get the word out about greyhounds.  The license plate is sponsored by GFNC. All it will cost you is an extra $20/50
over what your yearly license plate costs-the same as any specialized or personalized plate.

Before the order can be placed with NCDMV, 300 applications (along with payment of the fee) must be collected. 
This is a requirement of the NCDMV.
All monies collected will be held in a separate bank account and IF 300 applications have NOT been sold, the money
will be refunded.  Applications and Payment should be mailed to:

There is no time limit for collection these applications, but the sooner we get 300, the sooner we can get
the plates out.  It doesn't help to wait to see if we get 300 before you apply - if everyone does that, we never will. 

Please help us made that total- you don't have to keep them in the future if you don't want to
